Please note the following:


***Class schedules will be released at 4pm on Friday, August 10th. Please note schedules may not be final and may change through late Sunday. We strongly advise that you check your schedule on Monday morning before arriving to school.

***We are unable to honor schedule change requests via phone or e-mail. You must submit a Schedule Change Request Form, which will be available for download from the CHS website (Counseling) as of Friday, August 10th. IMPORTANT: Students must remain in elective courses for the entire first week of school before considering a schedule change.

***During the first week of school (August 13th-17th), we will ONLY honor schedule change requests for the following reasons:

---->A required high school course is missing (e.g. English, History)

---->There is a hole in the student's schedule (e.g. Student does not have a course in period 3)
---->Incorrect level placement (e.g. Student is enrolled in Spanish 3, but should be in Spanish 2)
---->Dropping a course to go from a 7 period day to a 6 period day (possibly drop to 5 period day if you are in 11th or 12th grade)

---->TEACHER CHANGE REQUESTS will not be honored

***Advancement transcripts must be turned into the counseling office ASAP.

Counseling Calendar


Math Club:

Our fantastic Math Club offers free tutoring for all students in all math levels. Please obtain a pass from your math teacher to attend tutorial in room 211 (Mrs. Saiki's class).


National Honor Society students volunteer their time to tutor students who need extra support. Come to room 211 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:00pm-4:00pm OR during lunch on Tuesday and Thursday!
