General Information:

DATE: May 1st, 2010

             8:00 to 11:00 p.m.

 

LOCATION:  The Shrine Center

DIRECTIONS:  From California High School – Attached.

 

TICKETS:  $45 with ASB and $55 without ASB (April 12-16)

Pick-up tickets April 12 -28 at lunch only in room 114.

 

DATES SOLD: Tickets will be sold only online April 12-23. April 26-28 you can buy your tickets at school (lunch and after school) at the ticket sales offices outside of counseling.

 

PHOTO SHOOT: We strongly encourage you to take pre-shoots at Cal High in the Commons from 3 to 5. Sign-ups will be available when you pick up your tickets.

 

ENTERING: We will have a list of those who bought tickets so all you need to bring is your school ID, your ticket is yours to keep.

 

Additional Information:

Coat check will be provided upon entrance. Your ticket includes chocolate fountain and refreshments only, NO FOOD.

 

DANCE CONTRACTS: If you are bringing a date that does not attend Cal High, you will need to have a contract filled out completely by your guardian and your date’s school (including the school’s business card) BEFORE you pick up your tickets. Dance contracts can be found on the Cal High Website under Student Resources/Juniors/ in the locker named Dance Agreement.

 

TUX RENTALS: Men can rent their tuxes at The Men’s Wearhouse in San Ramon (925-837-2626). For every tux order Cal High gets $5 dollars back! Order as soon as possible to make picking up your tux for Prom fast and easy!

 

FLORISTS: Local Safeway stores are a great place to get boutonnieres and corsages. Enchanted Florist (San Ramon, on Alcosta) and East Bay Flower Company (Danville) are also recommended.

 

LIMO/BUS RENTALS: Book early for Prom and Ball!
