21-22 Start Smart Course Registration
A new permit must be purchased each school year in order to park in any of the school’s parking lots. Purchasing the permit requires 3 steps:
1. Completion of the free one-hour California Highway Patrol Start Smart safety class in person by student and their parent/guardian. See more details below regarding this requirement.
Currently, students in Grades 10, 11 and 12 can participate in these online courses.
Students who have not previously attended a Start Smart course must attend one of the three sessions to be eligible to purchase a parking pass at their high school.
One parent or guardian must attend the class with the student. For additional information, please refer to the Start Smart webpage: The student must complete this form using their SRVUSD gmail email.

2022-2023 CHS Bell schedule
10th, 11th, and 12th grade students who have not previously attended a Start Smart course must attend one course to be eligible to purchase a parking pass. One parent or guardian must attend the class with the student.
Summer classes will be offered on July 12 or August 2.

SRVUSD/CHS Emergency text Messages
Reminder - Opt In to receive emergency text messages from the SRVUSD
In the event of an emergency, the SRVUSD has the ability to communicate with you via text messaging. If you want to receive the text messages, please text “Y” or the word “Yes” to 67587. You may also opt out of text messages by replying to one of the text messages with the word “Stop”.
